Rose has worked gently listening, supporting and encouraging families and community for over 20 years.

Training to be a Circle Facilitator with sisterstories.co was a natural next step and I am now training for a year long process to deepen my skills with other leaders to facilitate this space with depth and creativity to support and passionately engage and encourage.

Creating Wellbeing Circles is a passion I have felt for many years as I have cared for family and families within the community and wish this to be a gentle honouring space where you are invited to honour your voice, your story and the impact your experience of life is having.

Circle is an incredibly special space where we gain clarity for our own thoughts as others speak from their truth. It is not a Spiritual space and all are welcome. However there is something very special and sacred as we learn the skills of deep listening, honouring, sharing bravely and considering how our thoughts and information, experiences and stories connect us and resonate with each other for deep learning.

A warm welcome with clear guidance with a gentle meditation or poem leading to a question for thought and sharing our reflections and or experiences. I always give clear gentle explanation of what Circle is and what to expect guidance and direction.

I model compassionate and inclusive language, Mindfulness, Self Reflection and Inclusion, Froebelian Pedegogy, Restorative Practice and Trauma informed Interplay Therapy.

A deep connection to yourself and others in a listening space where your heart, body and mind are free to express without judgement or response.
