Rosanna’s life experiences have led her to Convergent Facilitation, supporting groups through change. Discourse has always been fascinating and Rosanna thrives when all participants are being heard. Supporting groups to find ways through sometimes difficult change. Systems thinking, Froebel pedagogy, Trauma and Attachment theory, with non violence and communication as a core foundation. I am passionate about liberation and learning how we can live in world where respect, peace and acceptance are intregal to our lives.
Lynda: after years of being a nurse training in spiritual healing found that a deepening understanding of wellbeing felt vital. People remain stuck with NHS waiting list growing. Exploring alternative avenues and taining as a hypnotherapist and coach expanded my understanding, skills and tools.
I am a counsellor and a grief counsellor.
I really love energy and emotions healing.

We believe that coaching should be the norm for everyone not just the wealthy and corporate leads. To move forward in a world of liberation and strength we need opportunity for everyone to explore, learn and be challenged in systemic thinking and non violence especially in this increasingly power over rather than power with world that we are seeing develop.
Over time we envision you forging networks of support and learning to create the network that works for you. (see lower down)
Circles are an opportunity to join others for connection in a deeply brave liberating space especially if you are wanting to move forward and deepen your own energy and capacity for understanding with gems of wisdom that only come about in connection and conversation.
Being liberated from the pressure to achieve and be perfect we explore our limitations, opportunities and obstacles in life to be aware and hold our capacity with care.
When we share and consider together - our worlds become more alive with inner possibilities and understanding.
This is a space for brave sharing and collaborative liberation free from advice giving.
A strongly held and challenging space in which we move toward learning how to hold council.
Convergent facilitation and Non Violent Communication support us to move toward words and outcomes that work for us and others. The world of nglcommunity.org is the inspiration for this.
In Wells Cathedral there is a double decker tomb. Where Thomas Beckynton lays since 1465 with two monuments as his tomb. The top depicting him in his grand Bishop attire and underneath his bare skelton.
‘In death we are all the same’
or perhaps on the flip of that
‘in life we are all the same beneath our outer masks.’
Circles and Coaching provide a warm and calm opportunity to explore your own thoughts deeply. To recognise that in our diversity there is commonality of needs and feelings.
To be heard and to share so that we learn from each other. In the listening there maybe opportunity for ourselves to be challenged and expand our understanding - deepening the joy in ourselves.
We bring themes, topics and learning that can support life communication and sharing and see what emerges.
This process is incredibly supportive and empowering. Supporting us in our understanding of communication, active and reflective listening, being present to focus and deepen our thinking, find support to be empowered and to promote positive considered decision making and responses which have a ripple effect in our work, families and communities.
Circles provide a space for thoughts to gain clarity and inner chatter focus as we share and listen with resonance we each become clearer about what is important to you and where there maybe openings to opportunities.
In sharing we discover how important it is to be heard.
Cultural understanding and acceptance is a foundation we stand firmly on. We are all from different family backgrounds we are all unique.
All are welcome we are diverse and welcome diversity and challenge that we bring each other as life can be a challenge we aim to share and learn how to use communication techniques to offer and receive empathy.
We understand that often in this world we find that we do not have the support networks we need and so we encourage continued learning and support networks or buddy systems to develop organically.
You will be encouraged learn and offer empathy, continued practice and learning.
Over time through this work you will begin to forge networks of support and learning to be and receive support creating the network that works for you.
This is not therapy though it is very therapeutic. We do not wish to encourage traumatic events to be shared and though we can facilitate care for this we will openly suggest that we continue to reflect on something that is too large for the group in the moment if it arises and we understand that somethings crop up unexpectedly and will gently hold you in this and care for the whole too.
We are both trained in trauma and abuse and will work to offer and help find support when or if issues arise.
We continue our learning to support and facilitate focusing in on specialist areas of coaching, communication, grounded leadership, Circle facilitation, trauma and attachment, healing and wide range spiritual back grounds, systems thinking, liberation. P lease cosider that we devote ourselves to learning and facilitation which alongside living costs are expensive and we ask that you reflect this when considering payment and donations
We ask that you do not join a Circle if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Unsolicited advise is never welcome. It deminishes ones sense of self even if it comes from a persons sense of warm connection and fix it reflex. Advice is very different from empathy We are not sharing for feedback or advice. We are not a problem to be fixed. This can be difficult to understand and so we are happy to discuss this for further reflection and deepening understanding. We will always stop and consider this during a Circle if advice is given as the impact needs to be cared for.
In our coaching circles we have found that key elements are:
Empathy to know our own needs.
Intuition to listen to our emotions.
Communication to be daring in our connection.
Challenge to move forward and stick when life gets icky.
Coaching:
A space dedicated to you and your way of working.
Clear steps with definitive actions.
Circles:
A space where practice becomes the backbone of skills being learnt.
Eureka moments of resonance.

We offer online and in person Circles.
People who want to keep hope alive. People who want to see and feel change and are prepared to put in the work to reflect and share honestly.
We mostly work online via zoom as this suits most people best.
Costs: The work is priceless but we do not believe anyone should make do and go without. The maternal gift economy is based on the fact idea that parents do not ask from their child. Their care is a gift of nourishing and nurturing. In the same way we believe that there is enough to care and love in the world for us all to be abundant if we consider what we can give and know that the gifts we offer will be caring for others who have less and so we ask that people pay what they are able even if that price is £0. We hope that this will cover our own costs of training and needs.
If you prefer a set figure:
Circles £25
Coaching £75-150
Trauma and Empathy Support £30-£75
