Responses to trauma are incredibly powerful. The amygdala stores memories of our experience ready to warn the body in the future. This is why we may respond in ways that are not proportioned to the experience or interpret situations as dangerous when they are not.
If you are interested in joining a Circle to discuss, learn, add to our understanding by sharing your own experiences and responses we would love to have your input and / or feedback.
Please email wellbeingcircles@yahoo.com to be put on the waitlist for this Zoom course / circle at the end of June.
