When you find yourself in a Liminal period of life it can be challenging to land on what it is that you are thinking or what is happening. Liminality is a period in which we all find ourselves at different periods when we are at a crossroads or change that places us in a deep emotional or physical space that we are unsure of.
This is a space brave space. To be honestly accepting and uniquely beautiful. An online space in which you are welcomed mind, body and spirit to find joy, gentleness, peace and connection.
A space in which we are invited to speak and share from the heart and in listening deeply to others we find connections that help us unravel and find clarity and strength. When we find ourselves in liminal spaces there are gifts we learn and can recieve if we allow ourselves the opportunity to reflect.
It is a time that cultures have rituals and routines to support and can be freeing and empowering as we embrace the challenge.
This is a space in which my hope is your will find your strength, power, beauty even within the fog or cloud, even within the darkest moments or times. We sit together not to guide but hold and be a landing ground for your thoughts, feelings. Where you can discover your needs. To find your voice and hear your thoughts.
