At each Circle we will have a check in to see how you are here today and a mindfulness practice, reading and light question for reflection and sharing. We will have an uplifting journaling moment and movement to prepare us for the day.
The space will allow us to deeply share perhaps on a theme or on whatever you wish to share today.
We will then have a check out and gratitude time to reflect on our learning and what we are taking away.
