To move on to a powerful new you, to understanding the pain that you have been through maybe very difficult so these are spaces in which we work 1:1. This can be online but also we will travel to you or organise a safe and comfortable space to meet.
Interplay is a modality that works really well with Non Violent Communication. Also using the work of Sarah Peyton, you are held in a brave space to explore your feelings and what you want to say so that we can revisit, rewire and rewrite for powerful and transformative understanding and change.
The more I learn about communication through NVC the more this will infuse our sharing and learning to build skill and security in freedom from domination of a world that has taught us how to live in a way that is not natural for humanity to live. We are giving and loving in nature and that works both ways. We need to receive and be given too generously and courageously with a language that is powerful, clear and understood.
